Me and few of my friends have been getting our hair cut and dyed by Lucia for a few years now and when it came time to book my hair for my August 2020 wedding I did not hesitate to book Lucia and her team. Lucia hooked me up with a makeup artist and assisted me with all my questions. When I had to postpone my wedding to August 2021, Lucia allowed me to do so easily. The day of my wedding was absolutely perfect. Lucia and her team were prompt and professional. I had about 20 people getting their hair and makeup done and it was no problem for her and her team. They were fast and efficient and even allowed all my ladies to touch up before the ceremony. Not to mention our hair lasted ALL DAY and ALL NIGHT on a hot and humid day! I would highly recommend Lucia for all things hair especially if you have a huge wedding party like I did!!! I have been going to Artim Salon for years now. I couldn't wait to get back to place when they reopened! The entire staff is welcoming and does great work. They work with you to ensure that you are satisfied.

I know a lot of people have been apprehensive to return to salons and other places of business, but Artim does a phenomenal job in adhering to the precautions that must be taken. Everyone is in a mask, and you get temperature checked as you walk in. I felt very comfortable and safe going back.

So I’ve been coming to atrium for a few years now. They are the only people I trust to cut my hair. Now with everything that’s happened this past year (2020) a lot has changed and a lot is different but atrium is one of very few places that I wasn’t worried about walking into. I was right too the store has always been clean but I’ve noticed all the extra steps they are taking to make sure I’m safe but also there staff are safe as well. Again I knew it would be safe walking in but it is reassuring to see the effort they are making on there end of things. I have been going to Artim several years now despite living in New York City because of the quality of the experience and the results. Lucy takes the time to really understand what outcomes I want - is patient with me even when I am not fully sure - and then delivers on those results. She is very creative but also knows what would really work given that I work in a conservative company.

The rest of the Salon staff is also very attentive and courteous. I have been impressed by the measures they have put in place for safety in the post Covid world. I feel very safe getting my haircut at Artim....more

Some of my most enjoyable moments have been spent at Artim Salon and Spa in East Hanover, NJ. This is not because Candice is an expert with color, although she’s the best I’ve ever had, or because everyone in the salon, from Vera, the owner, on down, is both welcoming and professional. I run to my appointments because I am always made to feel as though they couldn’t wait for me to show up. Yes, my hair has been washed and cut, but I have also been personally cared for and remembered. I always leave feeling better than when I arrived. It might interest you to know that I have moved twice since discovering the salon, and soon will be living even further away. Nothing but a move to another state, however, would stop me from returning to Artim Salon.

P.S. Let me put your fears to rest. Artim Salon and Spa is following all of New Jersey’s health and safety protocols for the virus. My temperature was checked upon arrival, the number of clients and stylists in the salon is limited to ensure social distancing, and everyone was wearing a mask....more

These ladies made such a good impression I booked another cut with color for 6 weeks later. After having a second amazing experience I booked my whole bridal party for hair and makeup. I LOVE Samantha. She does a fantastic job with my blonde foils and lately she's been cutting my hair too. She cuts my bangs with a texturizer and they last so much longer than with scissors alone (they grow REALLY fast!). I have to see her every 4 months for foils because of how fast my hair grows but the prices are much more reasonable than other salons in the general area. The service is FANTASTIC. I went to Artim and Lucy was exactly the type of hairdresser I was looking for. The newly updated space is so bright and welcoming — the natural light is incredible, making the whole experience feel fresh and airy.
